Professional Programs:

Quirky Things that Happen in Telepsychology

Brief Description:

MCAP is offering a one hour virtual get-together for therapists to exchange stories about providing telepsychology in the time of pandemic. We are all facing new challenges as we manage our virtual practice in ways that most of us have had limited formal training. These challenges are sometimes daunting and sometimes fun, but whatever they are, as psychologists we know that “it always helps to talk.”

We hope therapists will be able to talk informally - without any expectation - no CE requirements. We’re looking for good old fashioned sharing and conversation.

Here are some ideas we think it might be fun to talk about: Exposures and Disclosures, Technological Challenges, Only Socks, and Hello/Goodbye.
